Welcome
Life Stages…
Throughout life there are times when we, or those we love, may struggle with family or peer relationships, jobs, school, health, stress, or life transitions. Sometimes these challenges are manageable, but at other times they can be overwhelming and one can feel hopeless and alone.
We understand and respect how difficult it can be to realize that you need help to manage these problems. Our goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you will work closely and collaboratively with your psychologist to better understand what is getting in the way of reaching your goals. We believe that we can help you access your strengths and resources to make your life and relationships better.
We offer a wide range of therapy and assessment services to individuals, couples, families, and organizations. Please feel free to explore our website further to learn more about how we can help you. When you are ready, give us a call or send us an email to set up an appointment. Please note that we currently offer both telehealth and in-office sessions depending on your needs.
We offer in person and telehealth within CT.
We offer telehealth within all 38 PsyPact states.

What Brownstone means to us…
As lifelong Connecticut residents, the history and community within CT is important to us. Brownstone quarries were once extensively located along the banks of the Connecticut River, including nearby Portland. Brownstones were used as the foundation of many community buildings, including many of the buildings on the Wesleyan Campus, and our own office building! We liked the imagery and metaphor of the solid foundation of the brownstone and how we hope to be an important part of the community with our work helping to build stronger foundations of strength and support in our client’s lives.
